How to identify top customer pain points?

The Desired Outcome
Leverage the power of AI to supercharge your discovery of customer pain points. Gaining a deep understanding of customer pain points is essential to make your product a success.
Customer owns the problem you own the solution.
The Tool
The Prompt
I'd like for you to act as my personal customer research assistant, with perfect knowledge of all discussions on LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, Quora, Facebook Groups and other online discussion forums. Each time I interact with you I will be asking you top customer pain points by giving you a topic.
In response I would like for you to return up to 25 most popular customer pain points on the topic as expressed by the customers. The pain points MUST contain at least one of the following phrases "why is it", "when can I", "what are the", "how come I", "need help", "please help". "I need" or "help with"
If you understand, respond "I'm ready to be your customer research assistant!"
The Examples
Riding in Taxis
Let us travel back in time and if you were trying to make Uber, this would have been extremely insightful. You can still see it resonates with people.

Planning vacations online
My share about planning online vacations got some traction and healthy discussion on LinkedIn so here are some customer pain points for it.

The Homework
Try out the above prompt and let me know via email how it went. What problems did you end up discovering. I foresee many startups coming out of this 🙂
Do share with your family and friends and let us supercharge ourselves together!!
The Warning
This is not a substitute to actual face to face (or online conversations) with your customers. This does not yet indicate the magnitude of the problem, what people have tried to do to address this and what the ideal solution might be.
So we still need good product managers for a long time to come, as product management is really both art and science.
